Shipping policy

We ship all orders by Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched the same business day (weekdays) and shipping costs depends on the destination, size and weight of the order. Please note that 3D printed products may take 2-3 days to ship.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete address or not being claimed within shipping company time frame a $10 return to sender fee will be charged and postage to resend the parcel. In this case, we are not responsible to cover the extra cost to redeliver the parcel.
